Refund policy

At Gravis Healthcare, we take great pride in the quality of our skincare and haircare products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 3-Day Return Window

You have 3 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging with all seals intact.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase (Order Confirmation Number).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personal nature of beauty and healthcare products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or had their hygiene seals tampered with.

  • Products purchased during a clearance sale or as part of a "Final Sale" promotion.

  • Individual items from a bundle or kit.

3. Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We require clear photographic or video evidence of the damage to process an exchange or refund.

  • In the case of confirmed transit damage, Gravis Healthcare will cover the cost of the replacement shipping.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund:

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer for COD orders).

  • Refunds may take 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.

  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Shipping Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
