All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, and you will receive your order in 3 to 5 working days.
- For orders from other cities and province, you will receive your order in 5 to 8 working days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days; we will notify you via email or SMS if there is a significant delay in your shipment.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We aim for a standard delivery window of 3 business days for major cities, though remote areas may take slightly longer.

Standard Shipping: Flat rate shipping applies to all orders unless a "Free Shipping" promotion is active.

Order Confirmation: Once you have submitted your order online, an Order Confirmation shall display on the website, and you will receive an email containing a unique Order Confirmation Number.
3. Delivery Method

Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the package and make the payment.
4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within Pakistan; for international orders, please contact our support team for a Direct Bank Transfer arrangement and custom shipping quotes.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete, as Gravis Healthcare is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the user.
5. Damaged Items in Transit

Gravis Healthcare takes great care in packaging, but if your product arrives damaged, please report it within 24 hours of receipt.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
